I love duffel bags! I like the masculine doctor-inspired style very much. O like the fact that they are large and you can stuff a lot of things in it, and still look positively stylish.

I believe this trend was started by Gwyneth Paltrow  who carried Hedi Slimane’s first bag for YSL – made especially for her.

Remember the post about Alexander Wang leather bodice? I really loved the bodice idea, hot days are going to come, eventually, and wearing a bodice under a shirt could save the day. So, what do you say about this floral bodice from Tucker? This creation is a mix of unusual colors that work well together. Red and violet and underwired cups, simply great.

New York Fashion week is a great source of inspiration! Yes, I know that the shows are for Fall 2013, but it’s so cold in the present, that it feels natural to get some inspiration from the Fall shows. I simply can’t hold myself in check when it comes to Alexander Wang and these amazing colors: grays  blacks, browns…

One might think mesh is more appropriate for the fetish trend that was IN a few seasons ago, but this time the usage of this material is different. It’s being used to accent designs or as a material for a dress layered over another textile.

Alexander Wang’s Spring 2012 Ready-to-Wear collection was packed full of mesh which I absolutely love. Models wore silky shorts with mesh panels inserted so their thighs were also on display. Dresses featured an overlaid shirt in the material and were simply amazing!

I never thought I would say that I find sweatpants stylish, or that I could think about mixing them with high heels. Apparently the ‘Never say never’ saying couldn’t be more true. I am more and more intrigued about this trend, which gains more and more fans everyday.

Taking casual chic to its extreme, a number of established designers including Michael Kors, Thakoon and Jean Paul Gaultier are touting versions of the slouchy pant usually associated with stay-at-home sick days. Gussied up with expensive materials, some tailoring details and price tags as high as $1,000, this new breed of sweatpants is intended to be worn proudly in public with blazers, dressy tops and high heels.

I have felt in love with Alexander Wang some time ago, and I really wanted to get one of his pieces, like this great sweater.

Most amazingly I have found a very special girl, with a great blog and a stupendous idea of how to do-it-yourself step to get this sweater.
