Looking through the pictures from this year Met Ball, I have rediscovered Ginnifer Goodwin as the owner of the blackest eyes, the punkest makeup of them all. What do you think? Do you like the makeup? Would you wear to an event? To any event?

You all know how much we here at Everydayfacts love T-Shirts with funny messages. Now we have discovered a new one from Undercover. Jun Takahashi, designer for the Undercover brand, has printed black cotton t-shirts with one of the most popular new wave mottos. With clear references to the band Talking Heads, for just €123, it’s a reminder that the spirit of rock lives on: Stop making sense.

Actress Amanda Seyfried is the new face of the Very Irrésistible fragrance by Givenchy. Glen Luchfort took the photos of Amanda in a very stylish French café. I love this ad.

Estee Lauder is releasing a new perfume. Can’t wait to smell it! I am in love with most of the Estee Lauder perfumes, what am I saying, most of their products. I am frequent user of their creams also and serum.
The new perfume is called ‘Modern Muse’ and model Arizona Muse is in the ad campaign. As photographed by Craig McDean, Arizona Muse is Estee Lauder’s Modern Muse. Catchy names!

We love this jumper! It looks super funny and it has been elected the best slogan jumper to wear near a swimming pool with a hot swimming pool guy! Would you wear it? Made by Wildfox couture. Oh, and I would so kill for a Starbucks Freddo right now!

Designer Stella McCartney was joined by husband Alasdhair Willis at this year’s Met Ball. And she looked amazing. Love the glittering tail of the dress. The dress resembles with the cape dress that Cameron Diaz wore at the same event.

Would you wear this spiked gold belt? Cameron Diaz wore it at Met Ball 2013 and matched it with her golden purse! Love the royal blue and gold mix. She looks stylish and Cruella-like in the same time. Love the cape! Long live Stella McCartney!

The most punk outfit from this year Met Ball outfits was in my opinion the one worn by Jessica Biel. The assembly was formed by a black strapless mullet hem dress by Giambattista Valli, which featured leggings underneath the skirt. Gorgeous, don’t you think? In a punk kind of way.

From the What is this? series comes Miley’s Cyrus outfit. She wore a mesh dress by Marc Jacobs, together with Prada shoes and a spiked punk hairstyle. I know punk was the theme, but she has hair that is so nice, why do those spikes?

I also loved Diane’s Kruger outfit. Very glam punk. Besides the black lace dress with a sheer overlay by Chanel Haute Couture the accessories rocked, literally rocked. The silver spiked clutch and Jacob & Co jewels rocked, or better said spiked!

Also Miranda Kerr, spiked at the same event with a silver spiked clutch by Christian Louboutin.

I don’t know how I managed to skip mentioning Gwyneth Paltrow in the best dressed post. She looked absolutely amazing at the Met Ball 2013 event in her a bright pink long-sleeved gown with a sheer section across the top by Valentino. Truly wow!

Why do I love these events so much? Because every artist and public person dresses their best and also they do add a special flavour to their outfit, that wow item that makes a great outfit or they ruin it. Below of my best dressed and worst dressed. What do you think?
Best Dressed
Rooney Mara – because white is so fashionable - Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci gown

Sarah Jessica Parker – WOW statement dress, love the Christian Louboutin knee-high boots; custom Giles gown, and I absolutely love the Philip Treacy headpiece
Anne Hathaway looking great with her new blonde hairdo; wearing a black bejewelled Valentino gown
Worst dressed
Madonna – too punk for my style and also I personally think that the Mia look from Pulp Fiction is overused
Marion Cotillard in Dior; while the dress and accessories are very nice, I think the color is not doing Marion any favors
Katy Perry – I don’t know exactly what I don’t like about this outfit, it’s too much for my taste; wearing an embellished dress by Dolce & Gabbana, and also a crown and also huge earrings
Not decided yet
Beyonce – too much gold, strange boots, but great dress - Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci gown
Kristen Stewart in Stella McCartney, love the burgundy makeup but I don’t know what to say about her jumpsuit

I love persons who know how to laugh. Who laugh and are really happy. Laughing and smiling takes years off ones face. And that is why I love the May 2013 cover of Vogue Turkey magazine. It features Milla Jovovich looking amazing and having a great time. Good laughs to you all!

I love duffel bags! I like the masculine doctor-inspired style very much. O like the fact that they are large and you can stuff a lot of things in it, and still look positively stylish.
Alexander Wang Rocco bag in Oyster with pale gold
I believe this trend was started by Gwyneth Paltrow who carried Hedi Slimane’s first bag for YSL – made especially for her.

My current obsession is Brunello Cucinelli. I am all into long and layered clothing and pastels. The summer outside asks for it!
And this bag is amazing, don’t you think so? What are your current obsessions?

What would you rather wear? I cannot seem to make up my mind.
this Doughnut Stack Sweatshirt
or this Cheers Mother F*)(&r Tee

Eva Downey looks really comfortable in her own skin as she was photographed by Thom Kerr for Black Magazine Fashion Feature with the title “I Love Being Me.” , of course with the help of stylist Emma Read.

Anais Pouliot covers Vogue Thailand’s May issue wearing a look from Louis Vuitton’s spring 2013 collection. Anais rocks this sixties look with a checkered silver and white dress. She was photographed by David Bellemere. Love the dress!

The last magazine pictorial featuring Miley Cyrus is for Elle UK for their June 2013 issue. It was shot by Jan Welters and it looks daring right from the cover. I like her relaxed attitude! Good Sunday afternoon attitude
